Very nice.At first I didn't like the subtle metallic on the powerfist but after looking at both photos for a minute, I think that was the best way to go. The fist almost blends in but not quite and it doesn't seem all flashy and pronounced. Very "business" looking and he probably has no problem using it if needed.Well done.
Very vell, your blog is linked ;-) And your commissar is great, sir !
Wonder if he could land the plan in top gun with that thing.
That's a damn good Commissar. Can I ask, how do you paint faces? Mine always look like they have been melted :P
Thanks guys :)@RonSaikowski, honestly I was'nt sure about it myself at first, it's grown on me though, I was even less sure about a few other options.@Anonymous, with the Emperor's Blessing and the Nintendo Powerglove how can he possibly fail!?!@LightspeedChampion, the skin is Tallarn Flesh -> Ogryn Flesh Wash -> Tallarn Flesh/Elf Flesh -> Elf Flesh -> Elf Flesh/Skull White gives a fairly good result without much effort, adding more layers would improve it further, just remember to keep the paint thin.
Thanks for the tip, hopefully my guard can look human now.
Brilliant. I'd expect no less by this point - cheers!- Drax
Great job! It actually has a little bit of a steampunk feel...
Thanks guys :)I agree there as well kilian, I think it's that which has had this Commissar growing on me bit by bit.
