First Dystopian FSA Cruiser Finished

Finally I've finished my first Dystopian ship, and I'm pretty pleased with it. Its gonna be slow going getting the rest of the fleet done, I've a general lack of hobby time at the moment, but I cant wait as I've been really enjoying playing this game!

That's one hell of a smart paint job, well done!

I'm loving dystopian wars at the moment. Its a great game once you get the hang of it.

If your interested, I recently wrote a Prussian tactica over on my blog, musings of a smurf. It may come in handy if you have a Prussian opponent.

Looking very nice and a very clean colour scheme to boot!

I have been playing a load of Dystopian in the last week and am finding it great fun. Look forward to seeing the rest of your fleet done.

I'm not saying that I've ran out and bought an FSA fleet or anything. But, I would like to know how you painted this beauty. Techniques at least, though I do like the color you have working there! I may pester you on their forums too... if I'm ever approved to post...

Thanks guys!

Musings, I'll be sure to pop over later and have a read, I know we've a couple of Prussian players, and I've played one at the Dice & Dagger Club which is about an hours drive from me... damn Zepplins!

Target, agreed is great fun, will you be taking part in the league and campaign thats being run at Iron Haven? I assume so since I've been admiring your ships there. Hav'nt decided if I want to follow suit and do bases for mine yet.

Inner Geek, its nothing too fancy, Codex Grey, Black Wash, Codex Grey & Fortress Grey for the hull, Tin Blitz, Dwarf Bronze and Shining Gold with a Devlan Mud wash for the boilers etc, while the decks are an OOP Brown, forget what its called, with a Sepia Wash. I'll probably due a painting guide sometime though.

As Kraggi says, you have to hastle them a bit, took a couple of emails to get mine activated, though in fairness it may have been they were busy with the new website. It does ask you at the top fo the forum to email them if you sign up too ;)

Looks great! I love the look of this game. Unfortunately I know none of the locals I usually play with would never get into it. :(

Cheers,
